About us
The Jordanian Society for Drug Control, TJADS, aims to achieve remarkable and measurable success in the fight against the scourge of drugs. By spreading awareness and developing ways to prevent drug abuse and its consequences; to enhance community safety through training; and improve communication and information exchange between specialists in drug prevention and drug treatment. The Board of Directors of the Association determines the strategic direction. Specialized working committees cover the main standards of work and maintain community motivation and flexibility, that the ideas that are developed appear on the ground to be accompanied by a coherent strategy. These activities are periodically reviewed to develop and continue the successful ones.
Our Vision
A life for everyone free to live to the fullest potential, a life free from the harm caused by the abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. To reach a world of peace, democracy and justice where free citizens actively contribute at all levels of society, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.
